WELCOME TO WHEEL VAULTING
Wheel vaulting is a 2D roguelite runner in which the goal is to get a Highscore
Your score is the sum of your run distance and money
You start the game by launching your wheel with a launch speed pressing space. You will lose speed during your run because of the friction. If you stop, your run is over.
Press space during the run to jump, press space again in air to vault. Vault over obstacles to get a speed boost and money to spend in the upgrades shop
Press ENTER to abort a run and do a quick restart
Go for the top 10 of the Leaderboard!

This was an incredibly addicting game! Once I maxed out the upgrades I realized maybe I should have kept speed lower - while I was traveling further, it was harder to control! So fun. I couldn't get those last few meters to take first place though...maybe I'll try again!
So great you enjoyed!
Sorry about the speed, I couldn't balance the variables enough to get the game on the nice difficulty spot. But will do in a future update, after the end of the jam voting, would love to hear from you in the future.
Thank you for playing!
No need to apologize - it actually made it interesting because just when you thought you "mastered" it and got all the upgrades, it presented new timing challenges. I think you've done great work here!
Thank you very much!
You and a lot of colleagues are saying the same, I'm up to a refacto/balacing/polishing challenge in the next few weeks :D
